Learning About Life Academy

Interested in joining a NEW umbrella program where you know and see your contacts on a regular basis?  

Learning About Life Academy is looking to implement its umbrella school, as an extension of our co-op programs, for homeschooling families in Central Florida. While we are happy about the success of our programs, we would like to be listed on the Florida Department of Education website in the Directory of Private Schools, under Orange County. If you would like to be a part of this new adventure, join us.  Sign up below more information.  We are currently recruiting for a board as well!

LALA Enrollment Checklist

• - Enrollment form - One for each child.
• - Photocopy of child’s birth certificate.
• • - IMMUNIZATION RECORD (FORM DH 680) -- MUST BE CURRENT INFORMATION   
              (NO MORE THAN ONE YEAR OLD). * Exemption form is ok to submit.
• Health exam (Form DH 3040) -- must be dated within one year. (New one must be submitted every year)

**Your Registration is not considered complete until we receive all the necessary forms. you will receive a confirmation phone call and email of registration once completed.

Enrollment Cost:

$50 for the initial student per calendar year for the first student.
(This fee will cover your participation fee in ANY of our programs for the year for the family).

$10 for each additional student per calendar year.
